A few days back, Louse Speaker Pelosi “urged Catholic leaders to ‘instruct’ their parishioners to support immigration reforms.” (“Pelosi Urges Catholic Church to Play ‘Major Role in Immigration Overhaul” Fox News dot com) To quote Dana Carvey’s Church Lady, “Well isn’t that special.”
The horrific harridan continued, “the people, some (who) oppose immigration reform, are sitting in those pews and you have to tell them that this is a manifestation of our living the gospels.” Later, a “Pelosi spokesman” issued this statement, “from health care to energy security to immigration reform, the speaker believes the faith community has played and will continue to play a critical role in our national debate.” “Energy Security”? That is as vapid as “Climate Change.”
I have a few questions for the “speaker,” why have you and your liberal contemporaries had such a problem with “the faith communities critical role” in your abortion obsession? For that matter, please explain how your infanticide matches up with this “manifestation of our living the gospels” tripe.

Infantophobia is a neologistic word whose life expectancy may be no more predictable than the unborn-children it makes reference to, but the word homophobia has a life all of its own, even if in reality it does not deserve one.
Recently attention has been focused on the merging lines of reality and perception in the American psyche. Studies show that those lines are both merging and even blending together in our national life. The effects of Hollywood films, TV, gaming, the Internet and fictional literature have left some Americans in a hazy middle of the road lurch where reality and perception have overlapped and, in some cases perception has fully overtaken reality.
One study showed that for millions of Americans their knowledge of a historical event is so colored by Hollywood that they would discard the history they learned in classrooms and substitute it completely with an altered Hollywood version of the same event.

It is said that all young ministers are bubbling over with the need to say something. It is also followed with the hope that one day when they are more mature; they may actually have something to say. After years of pondering it, here’s something I’m sure, must be said.
It doesn’t take a voluminous theological treatise, a long list of scripture references, an introduction, three points, accompanying illustrations and a conclusion to say all that needs to be said on this subject. All it takes is just a few words spoken by Christ.
Jesus said, “Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, that in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.” (Mt 18:10)

Since the liberals zeal for monogrammed rubber aprons and engraved ice tongs was what brought the alleged dozen or so “Pro Life Democrats” into the political spotlight, since their amazing last second conversion to the “Dark Side” put this albatross upon the nation’s productive, lets look at this Marxist monstrosity from just this ONE angle for a few moments. Keep in mind that Illinois’ homegrown Mussolini and his Bolshevik brown shirts have now negatively effected HUNDREDS of different health care “angles.” Abortion or the “liberal genocide” is but one of so many.
Stupak and his invisible minions who were “converted” by the oracle Obama didn’t like the FACT that this bill will use taxpayer monies to fund abortions. Suddenly, Bart says that what was there the day before yesterday isn’t there today. “Make no doubt about it, there will be no public funds for abortion.” Is this just the cry of the deceived, the naïve, or is this the hubris of the newly and sufficiently bribed? Six to five and pick ‘em, I say.

In an era where change is touted, it is becoming apparent that most of what is being offered as change is really just taking a chance. Many of the changes offered are being rejected because they seem to be flattening our freedom to make a choice, with one exception.

By Rev. MICHAEL BRESCIANI
Over four decades ago I had a dream vision of many of the details of the second coming of Christ. It sent me on a lifetime quest to find out all I could about this great coming event. Today I am far from alone as more people than ever are having visions, dreams and revelations about this wonderful change coming to the world.
One of the side benefits of the call to the prophetic ministry is the ability to discern the dreams, visions and revelations of others. Sometimes it may just be a Freudian thing or that someone ate a sour pickle before retiring for the night that brought on an apparition. At other times God has clearly spoken and even when the recipient of the vision is not sure God has spoken, I am.
I have always treaded cautiously when I hear someone has had a revelation for obvious reasons. Some revelation is false and very misleading. I don’t haphazardly accept everything I hear but I am also reticent to dismiss a matter too quickly. I have often been guided by what the Pharisees concluded when listening to the Apostle Paul’s rendering of the gospel and the vision of Jesus Christ he had as he traveled on the road to the city of Damascus.

By K. L. KRAEMER
After watching news coverage of the tea parties a while back, I concluded a right-wing extremist is anyone other than John McCain or Colin Powell. You know, someone who firmly comes down on the right in MOST issues — someone who believes in the original intent of the Constitution as framed by our fore-thinking founders and someone who believes in the right to life or good citizen gun rights, that our safety is paramount and trumps the distastefulness of waterboarding in obtaining information, believes in traditional marriage and that sex is not for children, that English should be the official language in America, that the borders should be closed to illegal entry. Right-wingers believe that the right to safety, human nature, and traditional values just don’t change or go out of style.
There aren’t too many people on the right who are so hateful and far out that they could ever compete with the number of left-wing loons. So what does the mainstream media do? As most of you reading this have figured out, they label right-leaning Americans as being way too far to the right while left-leaners are portrayed as middle of the road. So when I heard that George Tiller was gunned down, I was for many reasons dismayed. I didn’t exactly mourn him personally, but I do mourn that he was murdered and knew the event had given the far left some material to show that right-wingers are as hate-filled and crazy as they are.

Blame for Dr. Tiller’s murder is flying around like the sands of a Mojave dust storm most of it is hyper and unreasonable and it is begging for some legitimate balance. Is there any?
In our system of law as it pertains to capital crimes unless there is a conspiracy there is no guilt by association. Conversely there is also no innocence by association. Christian leaders and conservative citizens in general have jumped at the chance to label Mr. Roeder a vigilante a monster and things far worse.

Special Message from MICHAEL REAGAN
My father Ronald Reagan was touched by God many times, including when he was inspired to write his book, Abortion and the Conscience of the Nation. I want you, and every American, to have a copy of this uplifting book about how precious each human life is and how each of us must act to create and protect a culture of life. Written at the sorrowful tenth anniversary of Roe v. Wade, this important book remains a vital keystone in our fight to protect the sacred value of every human life.

THE EERILY MODERN WORDS OF STEPHEN A. DOUGLAS
The following is a partial transcript of the words of Stephen A Douglass, a northern moderate, responding to Lincoln’s ambivalence toward slavery.
The Northern industrialist and the Southern slaveowner both love this country with equal passion. As I considered the controversy of sectionalism, I was reminded of an encounter I had. I received a letter from a doctor who told me that he had a serious concern that might prevent him from voting for me. He described himself as a Christian who was strongly abolitionist, but that was not what was preventing him potentially from voting for me.
What bothered the doctor was a speech in which said I would fight northern ideologues who want to take away a plantation owner’s to choose. The doctor said he had assumed I was a reasonable person; he supported my policy initiatives on Manifest Destiny, but that if I truly believed that every abolitionist individual was simply an ideologue who wanted to inflict suffering on the South, then I was not very reasonable. He wrote, “I do not ask at this point that you support abolition, only that you speak about this issue in fair-minded words.” Fair-minded words.
