A Republican ran against him in the primary, who then just turned everything over to the Dem to win. I think McCain's people were behind the whole thing because Hayworth dared to criticize McCain in his book "Whatever It Takes". You can follow the money on the FEC website. I heard today fannie and freddie have been told by the feds to unload loans on the books, and not take on new ones. This explains why our customers cannot get construcion loans, we can't sell them homes and the economy is at a standstill. The Government is telling us the banks aren't loaning the money they gave them to loan us while they are telling the banks not to loan us the money. Spot on.
