Islamic leaders, seeking to motivate would be suicide bombers, inducing them to commit murder in the name of Allah, have been quoting Islamic sources, which promise 72 Virgins in Paradise to those who kill and are killed in Jihad for Allah.

Many Muslims, especially those exposed to Western culture, are aware of the jokes and the ridicule that the 72 Virgins legend has brought upon them and upon their brother believers. Consequently, they blame the Jews for spreading the myth in an attempt to downgrade the image of the Islamic “freedom fighters”.

Despite the disclaimer by some Muslims, the truth is very clear. The 72 Virgins notion has its origins in the Qur’an. Although the holy book does not specify the number as 72, it does say that those who fight in the way of Allah and are killed will be given a great reward. It goes on to stipulate that Muslims will be awarded with women in Islamic heaven. It even describes their physical attributes—large eyes (Q 56:22) and big, firm, round “swelling breasts” that are not inclined to sagging (Q 78:33). The Qur’an refers to these virgins as houri, companions of equal age, but the highly-flavored emphasis of their bodily characteristics, including their virginity, gave rise to many hadiths and other Islamic writings.

The brazen and audacious attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team by a bunch of young boys in the heart of Lahore once again shows the complete failure of our intelligence agencies. The unpredictable and erratic nature of this task has clear hallmarks of Al-Qaeda or its local collaborators such as Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Lashkar-e-Tayyaba. Jammat-ud-Dawa, an off-shoot of LET, was put under intense pressure by the government as all fingers pointed towards its complaisance in abetting the Mumbai carnage. There was a strong need to keep tabs on such organizations as a very real possibility existed that disgruntled elements of these militant cadres might avenge the killing and arrest of their top leadership. The England match referee Chris Board was spot on, when he castigated the Pakistani authorities for not providing adequate security. Television footage from different CCTV cameras clearly shows the militants shooting at the bus with not a single security personnel in sight. Such an attack was completely unanticipated as several policemen lost their lives in the firefight. The consequences could have been devastating had it not been for the quick wit of the driver.

Nearly a month into Britain’s new coalition government and perhaps the defining image of Prime Minister David Cameron shows him strolling casually along Westminster, without security, mingling with the crowd. At other times he has eschewed his motorcade, and sent away his police motorbike escort. We – and perhaps more especially those who despise Britain – are supposed to believe that he is a man of the people. He is like us, and we are like him. In the cold light of day, however, Cameron’s actions reveal only that he is disconnected from reality:

Lest we forget, Cameron is the leader of a wartime nation – a nation fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq, and facing terrorism at home.

Islamist terrorists have often stepped up their activity during the first twelve months of a new government, and there has already been some activity since the May 6 election. In what is now being treated as a terrorist attack, the Labour MP for East Ham, Stephen Timms, was stabbed by a Muslim woman, who had been “radicalized.” Since then, the names of four other MPs have been discovered on a terrorist hit list, and security for all MPs has been put under review.

Many self-appointed “experts” voice wrong information concerning the Israeli seizure of the “hate armada” a.k.a. the Gaza-bound flotilla who claimed to bring humanitarian aid to the poor Gazans.

These experts are ignorant about international law. Israel did not violate it. JFK did the same when blockading Cuba during the missile crisis. I include a passage of international law for all. Please educate yourself before speaking out.

1. “Maritime blockades are a legitimate and recognized measure under international law that may be implemented as part of an armed conflict at sea. (emphasis added)… A blockade may be imposed at sea, including in international waters, so long as it does not bar access to the ports and coasts of neutral states. (emphasis added)”

2. Israel must protect itself from the Terrorists who run Gaza with the support of Iran and al Qaeda. Israel inspects all cargo that is delivered to Gaza via its land-crossing so as to ensure that weapons designed to terrorize its civilian population do not get through. This is the reason for the blockade, just like JFK”s reason for blockading Cuba.

Just as quickly as Obama reacted to the oil spill in the Gulf Of Mexico, the “White House” has finally gotten around to calling the attempt in Times Square “terrorism.” Since this wasn’t another opportunity for another totalitarian takeover of another formerly capitalistic enterprise, there was no need whatsoever to hurry on Obama’s part.

As of late, our latest terrorist is being called, “Pakistani-born U.S. citizen Faisal Shahzad.” (Times Square Car Bomb Suspect Faces Terrorism Charges After Admitting Plot” Fox News) Even the idea of “U.S. citizenship” has been cheapened under the Obama administration as yet another hyphenated Turd World misfit has been given carte blanche by the liberals, in this case back in April of 2009, to plot, to plan and to execute right in our own back yard. It seems as though the “promote the common defence” part of the preamble to the Constitution has been lost upon the leftists. I will add that the “provide for the general Welfare” part HASN’T been lost upon them.

Top Conservative Party members have donated thousands of pounds to an organization that has hosted speakers known for their hard line Islamic views.

In August, and Lord Sheikh, chairman of the Conservative Muslim Forum (CMF), and Mohammed Amin, the CMF’s vice chairman, attended the launch of Iqra TV, founded by Al-Khair. According to the CMF website, after he had had made a presentation, Lord Sheikh gave a check for 5,000 pounds (approximately 8,000 US dollars) to Al-Khair for the establishment a library. Al-Khair runs Islamic schools (in Britain and Kashmir), a prison outreach program, and hosts speaking and cultural events, including some that are “interfaith.”

A few years ago Britain’s Channel 4 TV broadcast a documentary exposing a number of hate preachers. These were shown variously praising Osama bin Laden, denouncing non-Muslims, or “kuffar,” calling women “deficient,” and inciting violence, including the murder of Jews and homosexuals. Much of what was said, and broadcast in Undercover Mosque, was patently illegal under British law. Instead of acting against the preachers, the police filed a complaint against the filmmakers, who they accused of taking things “out of context” – it’s just that easy to do, when imams call for murder, apparently.
